What's happening?

Updated: Mar 9, 2023

A lot has happened with businesses in the town of Spencerport this winter. Tops Plaza has seen a business close and an existing business in the process of moving to another space in the plaza. Joshua Henry Shave and Fade closed on November 25th and the space is still empty. Dunamis, the strength and conditioning gym, is moving to the corner building in Tops Plaza and is expected to open on May 1st. In the plaza behind McDonalds, the gym Atlas is moving to Greece in June, so that will make two spaces available for rent in this plaza. Next to McDonalds, Splash Car Wash has been doing improvements to the property since October of last year. They’re just about done with everything which includes 15 new vacuum stations. On Ridge Road, ROC EZ Auto was closed since June of last year, but reopened on December 20th. Also on Ridge Road in Spencerport, Bob Johnson Budget Car lot opened on February 13th. There’s another business that has closed down too. Right on Union Street in the heart of the village, Your CBD Store closed on February 28th. One space that is being filled is on the second floor above Splatters. Digital HD Advertising is moving in this month. Another space that has been filled is in Barefoot Landing Plaza where Backbone Disc Golf opened on February 17th. Besides Dunamis, another business that has moved around Spencerport is Sal's Auto Center. They used to be on the corner of Spencerport Road and Manitou Road but are now located on W. Ridge Road. A couple more changes to the village include Spencerport Federal Credit Union who finished their work to the drive thru in January and also the new take-out place Fetch opened on December 2nd next to Brindle Haus. That’s the rundown of businesses moving in and moving out in Spencerport.
