This Fall has been a busy season for improvements to properties in Spencerport. At the very beginning of Fall, there was utility work done for the construction next to Grandpa Sam’s. They have also worked five days in October, digging up the roads and parking lot around where the three-story building is going. There’s also work being done at the top of the hill at Splash Car Wash. The old Buckman’s self-service area was torn down and then they have completely torn up the grounds all around the car wash. They are going to put in new vacuum stations. Across the street from Splash, Towne and Country Eyecare has built an addition onto their building. They remodeled the exam area. Near the high school, at the Spencerport Federal Credit Union, a lot of work is being done on the west side of the building where the drive thru is located. MRB Group is the structural engineering firm that is doing the work.
Note: Kate Czarnecki is the new manager at the Spencerport Federal Credit Union. She has taken over the position that was filled by Nancy Bodhorn for nineteen years.
Happy Fall!
